The price was really affordable. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. The location was perfect for getting around the town.
The service could have been better. The staff seemed to be uninterested in helping and could have been more welcoming.

We had a great stay close to a fab zoo. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the availability of a common kitchen. The location in a beautiful area and transportation options made it convenient for getting around.

We had a great time at this place! The location was really close to the zoo, which made it super convenient for us to explore. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We loved the multiple common areas, like the kitchen, dining, and leisure areas. It was great to have so many options for relaxation and fun. The cleanliness of the entire place was also top-notch, which we really appreciated. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
That it got a little noisy in the evening, as the sound traveled through the doors. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.

The location was perfect as it was really close to the zoo, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious and the leisure spaces were great, offering games, books, playstation, pool, and air hockey for enjoyment. our family room had double decker beds that the kids absolutely loved.
The shared kitchen and play areas were not always cleaned properly, leaving trash bins full and lacking hand towels.

The staff were friendly and helpful, delicious breakfast buffet, comfortable double bed, spacious kitchen with ample facilities, convenient outdoor grill.

The hotel is in a great location for a romantic escape and has a lot to offer. We were pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of free access to a nearby zoo and the beautiful natural surroundings. the common area within the hotel was lovely, especially the lounge area with animal pictures. the ability to make tea and coffee in the communal kitchen was a nice touch.
the shower was not very enjoyable, as the water covered the entire bathroom floor and made it quite uncomfortable.
